As you may already be aware, Kai Ehrhardt was previously a Continuum Movement licensee. However, he hired attorneys and filed EU and German trademark applications asserting ownership of the mark Continuum Movement. In response to Mr. Ehrhardt's filings, Emilie Conrad Da’Oud, Inc. had to hire attorneys as well as to address these filings. In order to resolve their dispute, Mr. Ehrhardt agreed to go his own way and transfer the Continuum Movement marks to Emilie Conrad Da’Oud, Inc. Accordingly, Mr. Ehrhardt will no longer be a Continuum Movement teacher or have any affiliation with Emilie Conrad Da’Oud, Inc. Mr. Ehrhardt and Emilie Conrad about, Inc. wish each other well in their future endeavors.
